Products Description
Biodegradable food containers are molded from cornstarch and plant-based PLA, pressed at high temperature. The walls, bottom, and rim of the molded biodegradable food containers are a single continuous piece, and the lid securely fastens to the raised edge. We also offer designs with vents and anti-fog lids.
The material holds from −20°C to 120°C. You can hot-fill rice or curry straight off the line without the base going wavy, freeze it solid for meal prep, and your customer can microwave it for up to three minutes without the walls softening or sagging. Oil and water resistance is built into the starch composite, so no grease patches on the underside and no wet ring on the counter.

Q: Can I get my own size, compartment layout, or logo?
A: Yes. We cut custom moulds. Logos can be embossed into the lid or printed on sleeves and cartons.
Q: Will these biodegradable containers leak with soup ?
A: No. They're moulded as one seamless piece - no folded corners or glued seams to leak through - and the lid seats onto a raised rim with a snap closure.
Q: Can you microwave corn starch food containers?
A: Yes, up to about 3 minutes. The material is rated −20°C to 120°C.
Q: Is it possible to keep fried foods crispy?
A: We can customize a lid with vents to solve this problem.
Q: Is the corn starch grade fully certified compostable?
A: Our standard grade is corn starch with a plant-based PLA binder and carries EN13432 / OK Compost and BPI.
