WUHAN HIKNUO boasts a modern production base spanning 45,000 square meters, with two core business lines: disposable food packaging production and disposable nonwoven medical supplies manufacturing. The factory is equipped with fully automated thermoforming and injection molding equipment, as well as multiple nonwoven fabric processing and ultrasonic welding production lines, with a total monthly capacity exceeding 8 million food packaging units and 12 million protective products.
In the food packaging business, the factory offers materials such as PET, PP, PLA, and bio-based bagasse, supporting rapid prototyping, in-house mold development, and brand customization. Production, from material selection, molding, trimming, sealing to packaging and shipping, is subject to standardized management throughout the entire process, ensuring consistency and traceability. The factory is ISO and FDA food-grade certified, and its products are suitable for cold chain transportation, microwave heating, hot food, and high-speed logistics, with key processes monitored 24/7 by quality engineers.
In its medical supplies business, the factory has a dedicated cleanroom area producing disposable nonwoven masks, gowns, caps, shoe covers, and other medical or civilian-grade products. The nonwoven fabric weight ranges from 18–45 gsm, and products with ≥98% bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) are available using automated slicing, folding, and welding equipment. The medical line has passed CE and ISO 13485 certifications, ensuring export-grade stability, safety, and compliance.
Sustainability permeates both business lines. The factory uses recyclable or compostable materials, optimizes its structure to reduce material usage, and upgrades energy-efficient equipment to reduce overall energy consumption.
