About manufacturing

Sheet extrusion temperature is controlled to 270°C at the die head, with a chill roll stack maintaining 12°C to lock in the anti-fog additive's distribution without crystallization haze. Thermoforming uses plug-assisted vacuum forming with a 28-cavity mold-28 cups per cycle, cycling every 4.2 seconds, yielding 24,000 cups per hour per station.
